Demolition and new construction - a look into the future

At the end of October 2024, demolition work began on our restaurant to make way for a modern and inviting building. The new building will not only take culinary delights to a new level, but will also enhance the overall ambience of the Interlaken-Unterseen Golf Club. Surrounded by picturesque nature and a unique panorama, the new restaurant will soon be a highlight for all golfers and guests.

Temporary building in charming chalet style

Until the new building is completed, we look forward to welcoming you to our charming temporary chalet-style restaurant. This cozy, rustic ambience creates a pleasant atmosphere and invites you to linger - in harmony with the alpine surroundings. From March 29, 2025, after the winter break, our Provisorium will be open and offer you the best gastronomy.

A new team, many familiar faces

We are delighted to announce that Mihaly Högye, our new tenant of the restaurant, together with his dedicated staff, will continue the tradition of providing outstanding cuisine and excellent service. Most of the staff you already know from the Golf Course Restaurant will also be with us under the new patron. We are delighted to have these familiar faces with us and are convinced that their passion for gastronomy will provide the perfect foundation for a successful future at Interlaken-Unterseen Golf Club.

Reservations and anticipation for the 2025 season

The start of the season in March 2025 is imminent. Mihaly Högye and his team would like to invite you to make your table reservations now. Let us spoil you with our new, temporary concept and the new culinary highlights!
